Arctis is fed by two passions: my never ending urge for adventure and my daytime job as CEO of Kinamo, a company specialized in cloud hosting services (founded in 2003).
That adventure is always linked to either anything related to bikes (mountainbike, road cycles, enduro and off-road motorcycles), travel, hikes or skiing fun.

I have been bitten by the mountain passion ever since my wife Julie introduced me to the French Alps more than 18 years ago. Needless to say that her introduction to such earth’s beauty was one of the best gifts she could ever give me!

Since 2015 however I decided to take the plunge and finally buy my own apartment in the French Alps in Montchavin, Les Coches, parts of the Bellentre community.
Why we carefully picked this destination: its excellent geographic location, the direct link with the Paradiski domain covering Les Arcs, La Plagne and Les Coches (thanks to the Vanoise Express liaison), the proximity of the wonderful Parc Vanoise national parc, Italy just a trip away through the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard and La Rosière…

I also try to build up my skills as a mountain enthusiast by trying to hike and bike as much as I can in the summertime and enjoy ski exploration in the winter season.
I am not a mountain guide yet, but who knows… as Ernest Hemingway states: “We are all apprentices…”
